What we do
At Forever Reel, we clean, repair and digitize VHS, VHS-C and Betamax tapes that other companies won't touch.
Best of all we keep it simple:
1. Get a quote and mail your tapes to us.
2. We'll inspect them and update the quoted price.
3. Give us the go ahead and relax as we immediately get to work.
We'll give updates and samples as we process your tapes. When finished we send back everything along with DVD copies (optional) and a USB drive of all the master copies.

Depending on how extensive the damage, this price is subject to change.
To keep things simple we use fixed pricing with the exception of repairing broken tape. This is an intensive process and will be judged on a case by case basis. If tape shells are broken beyond repair we offer new ones at a cost of $10 per shell.

If you have mold growth or damage to your tapes, please inform us. Rest assured, the media is not necessarily lost—we excel at recovery. To assess the extent of the damage and provide an accurate estimate for repairs, we will need to see photos of the affected media.
Please contact us promptly, and we will collaborate with you to restore and recover your cherished home movies.
